Tall walls

We see walls of Jericho in lots of situations in our life.
It’s normal. It’s our nature to doubt.
The walls seem to grow taller and thicker, and sometimes what waits on the other side of the walls don’t even seem worth taking down that wall.

Sometimes those walls grow so tall, you feel stuck. You feel like there is no way out. There is no way you can tear down those walls. And if you can, there is no way you can fight the armies on the other side.

Sometimes there are multiple walls to tear down. Sometimes there are multiple walls, but all you need is a crack to break through.
It’s a scary thought, a hopeless thought, a terrifying decision you have to make.

But “how great is our God?”
How amazing His grace?
How strong His love?
And how powerful His hands?

He created earth and sky, the stars and the sea, the birds of the air… and you.
And He died for you.
How many of His sons and daughters has He delivered from the enemy?
How many creatures that live to see another day because of His care?
And how many blessings He’s poured down on your life?
How many times He’s delivered you from every danger you’re exposed to everyday?

Think about how AWESOME our Savior is. How gracious, forgiving, and loving He is!
So when these walls start coming up, remember that nothing to Him is impossible, and that He died for you! "The Lord is my helper; I will not fear. What can man do to me?" (Heb 13:6)

No matter how hard your struggle, there is One who can help you through it, if you only have faith. Jesus tells us that “If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you” (Matt 17:20)
So have faith.
And hold on to it  tight until you win the race.

God bless <3
